Project Managers	Degree in Civil/Building/Structural Engineering or Equivalent Min 5 years work experience as PM on local projects Able to manage and lead a project team Strong written and verbal communication skills
Site Managers / Site Engineers	Possess Degree in Building/Recognised Civil engineering by BCA (Singapore) or related disciplines Min 2-3 years site experience Good positive working attitude, self-motivated and responsible
M&E coordinators	Relevant Degree/Diploma or equivalent combination of technical trade certificate Min 3 years work experience in building projects
